What to include:

The more you tell us at the start, the faster we can quote. It helps to include:

• the site address or postcode

• what you're planning, for example a barn conversion, an extension or new houses

• any surveys or conditions the council has already asked for

• your deadlines

If you have a planning reference, site plan or previous ecology report, send that too.

What happens next:

We aim to reply within three working days. We'll let you know which surveys are needed, when they can be done and what they'll cost. Some sites need a visit before we can quote accurately, and if yours does we'll say so.
